INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION

In February 2019 1821 welcomed an international collaboration with BlueFish Restaurants in Greece, taking a new culinary direction under Executive Chef George Economidis.

“I have visited Greece extensively in the last year and I have been amazed at the emerging trends and the rising stars in the Greek dining scene.  I am very excited about collaborating with George and BlueFish.  This collaboration completes my vision for 1821, which is “Made in Greece”.
